# The Bṛhat Saṃhitā — Introduction

The Bṛhat Saṃhitā is a classical saṃhitā linking celestial cycles with natural observation and civil life. Computational formalisation distinguishes verse, translation, interpretation, executable rule and empirical test. Implemented chapter coverage is read from the AVCE chapter registries rather than hard-coded stale ranges.
